This is my first attempt at a video tutorial! It took me forever to do (well it seemed like it did!) and I’m using this as a learning tool. I wanted it to be as easy as possible to keep occupied and low cost. Be kind with your thoughts while you watch it!

You will need a few things to make this but I have tried really hard to limit the amount of things you will need. Hopefully, most of the items are lurking in the back of your store cupboard somewhere!

You will need: Cadbury’s Crème Egg or similar; a small amount of chocolate of your choice; about 20g white ready roll icing; black edible marker or black sugar pearls and a handful of mini marshmallows.

Equipment you will need: A small knife to cut the icing; a smile tool or straw; a bowl to melt your chocolate into; a kitchen work mat and a damp cloth to wipe chocolate fingers on.

This activity should take around 30 minutes to complete and is perfect for children to do with a little help. A great Easter gift that you can wrap and leave on the doorstep of a friend/relative or neighbour to let them know you are thinking of them at this unusual time. Now, wash your hands and get busy making!
